From the doorway in, your accommodation has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind. A large entrance hall with slate floor has plenty of room for all holiday paraphernalia, a large cloakroom and a cupboard housing a washing machine.

Equipped to the highest standard, the kitchen has top quality appliances (oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) and plenty of storage. The light, spacious living area has dining furniture, two comfortable settees, an armchair and a wood burning stove.

Entertainment and information is available from a television with Freeview box and DVD player, CD player/stereo, jigsaws, games, books and maps.

Wireless Broadband is available for guests with a wireless enabled laptop.

The master bedroom, with luxurious king size bed, has en-suite bathroom facilities with a walk-in shower. The restful twin and single bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over, toilet and basin.

Outside is a safely enclosed patio area with table and chairs and a gas barbecue. This is accessible by doors from the living area and the twin bedroom. There is also a further lawned orchard area with a washing line.

All linen and towels are provided, as is an iron, hair dryer and hot water bottles! A cot and highchair are available on request.

Heating, electricity, gas for the barbecue and a basket of logs are all included in the price.

One well-behaved dog is welcome.
